Sugar Free Dates and Dry Fruits burfi / dry fruits roll, Dry fruits khajur barfi, khajur roll Dry fruits khajur / dates burfi is a rich, delicious recipe prepared with dates, coconut and dry fruits. Ingredients: Dates – 1 cup Walnuts – 1/4th cup Cashews – 1/3rd cup Almonds – 1/3rd cup Dry coconut – 4 tbsp Pistachios – 1/4th cup Muskmelon seeds - 1/4th cup Poppy seeds – 2 tbsp sesame seeds - 2 tbsp Green cardamom powder – 1 tbsp Ghee – 1 tbsp Directions: 1. Blend dates - coarse 2. Dry roast poppy seeds, sesame seeds & dry coconut (grated) in 1 tbsp of ghee 3. Add cashew, almonds, pista, walnuts and muskmelon seeds (grated) and roast for 5 min on low flame 4. Add crushed dates mix & combine well 5. Let the mixture cool and make cylinder shape 6. Seal tight in foil and freeze for 30 min 7. After 30 min cut slightly thick 8.
