How to make Perfect Punjabi Aloo Samosa Recipe | आलू समोसा with folding tricks| పర్ఫెక్ట్ ఆలూ / బంగాళదుంప సమోసా !



Punjabi aloo samosas are made with a crisp and flaky pastry dough and stuffed with a spicy potato and matar filling.

Ingredients:



Samosa Dough

2 cups Maida

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp ajwain

1/2 cup Water



Samosa Filling



2 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Coriander powder

1 tbsp Ginger chopped

1 tbsp chopped Green Chillies (or Jalapeno)

1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tbsp cumin Powder

1/2 tbsp garam masala Powder

1/2 tbsp Raw Mango Powder (Amchoor)

1/2 tbsp black salt

2 large Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed

2 tbsp coriander Leaves

Salt to taste

Oil for Frying



Instructions

1. Samosa Dough: Mix plain flour, salt, ajwain, hot oil & make like a chapathi dough.



2. take ball sized dough



3. roll the dough into oval shape.



4. divide into 2 equal portions



5. grease with water and make cone.



6. Add 2tbsp of samosa stuffing.



7. grease little water on the edges.



8. close and seal tightly .



9. deep-fry the samosa on a low flame.



10. stir occasionally, frying the samosa on low flame for atleast 15 minutes.



11. once the aloo samosa turns golden take over kitchen paper.
