Rice - 1/4th cup
Mustard - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Pigeon pea / red gram / Kandulu - 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustad - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 string
Dry red chilies - 2
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Onions - 2 medium sized, chopped
Green chilies - 2, chopped
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4th tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
