Avakaya Pachadi | Mango Pickle
INGREDIENTS:
Raw Mango Pieces - 14 glasses (4kgs)
Mustard Powder - 2 glasses (360g)
Salt - 2 glasses (850g)
Red Chilli Powder - 2 glasses (360g)
Roasted Fenugreek Powder - 4 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
Garlic pods - 1/2 glass
Sesame Oil / Groundnut oil - 1 and 1/2 ltr

INGREDIENTS:

Crystal salt - 1/2 glass
Red chilli powder - 1/2 glass (2 tsp less)

Fenugreek powder - 1tsp
Garlic pods - 1/2 glass
Sesame / Groundnut oil - 1/2 glass
Jaggery - 4 glasses
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
