Ingredients:
Koyya Thotakura - 2 large Bunches
Onions - 2 medium sized
Tomato - 2 medium sized
Green chillies - 4, slits
Tamarind extract - 240ml
Water - 480ml
Salt - 1.5 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Vadiyalu - 1 cup
Tempering:
Oil - 60ml
Mustard - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4th tsp
Garlic - 5 pods
Dry red chilies - 4
Curry leaves - 1 string
