Ingredients:
Drumsticks - 1, pieces
Bottle gourd - 1/2 cup
Okra - 1 cup
Radish - 1 cup
Tomato - 1 big, slices
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Brinjal - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1 ltr
Sambar Onions - 1 cup
Green chillies - 4 , slits
Toor dal - 1/2 cup (boil and mash smooth)
Tamarind extract - 1/2 cup
Salt - 3 tsp
Sambar powder - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Jaggery - small piece
Coriander - handfull
Tampering:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard - 2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4th tsp
Dry red chillies - 3
Curry leaves - few
Hing - 1 tsp
